Patched HDEF 2x, remove one:
1. config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Patches/Rename HDAS to HDEF
2. EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/SSDT-3.aml
Restart
Clover boot log missing. Reply with new files.

Cleaned up the config.plist entirely. Removed DSDT, re-ran script. (just the one this time ;) )

Removed DSDT, re-ran script.
No dsdt to remove.
script error: Audio ID: 0 is not supported, continue (y/n): y
patch error: AppleHDA patch missing

Looks like script is patching one EFI partition and system is booting a different EFI partition.

I usually do "diskutil mount disk0s1"
Should I mkdir first?

Or should I copy the script to the EFI partition and run it from there?

No. No.
config.plist/Devices/Audio/Inject/1 is not working
config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KextsToPatch/10.11 AppleHDA patch is missing

Important, Audio ID: 1
Consider a clean install

Erased the disk using Disk Utility, then re-partition. Did a clean install. Ran the script - same result.
script name: audio_cloverALC-110_v1.0n10.command

EDIT2: Should I consider different system definition? Or bootloader update? I am using Clover 3320 atm. iMac17,1 SMBIOS.

I just wanted to say, thank you to everyone in this community for all of your hard work. This is my first Hackintosh build, and I've only made it this far because of everyone's generous contributions on this thread and site. Still very much a neophyte at this but I wanted to make it shown that I really appreciate all the work that's been put in!
