No Audio after update to Sierra 10.12.6

Hi at all, Yesterday I have upgrade my Hackintosh to Sierra 10.12.6, but my audio not working. with Sierra 10.12.5 my audio work perfectly. I have upgrade Nvidia web driver at last release. I use only my front panel with headset. my pc have a motherboard Asus Maximus VII Ranger Z97, and I have an Msi Gtx 1070 Armor OC. I have installed MacOS with clover+multibeast. Solution for my problem? Thanks at all.

P.S: sorry if I have committed any errors, but my English is not very well!
