No Add Printer Dialog

Problem: No add printer dialog when clicking the "+" in System Preferences/Printers & Scanners. Anyone else having this issue?

On Hackintosh:

I go into System Preferences/Printers & Scanners

I click the plus button

Nothing happens

On Real Mac:

I go into System Preferences/Printers & Scanners

I click the plus button

Add printer dialog appears allowing me to add my printer.

My Config:

OSX 10.11.1 El Capitan
Gigabyte Intel Z68 ATX DDR3 2133 LGA 1155 Motherboard GA-Z68A-D3H-B3

Not sure of any other config info that would be needed. I could post my clover config if needed.

I found the problem. It turns out I have a Carbon Copy Cloner backup with AddPrinter.app on it. My system was trying to run that app for some reason. All I had to do was unmount my backup hard drive and now I can add my printer. This one was weird.
