Newbie first build, what do you think?

This is my first post, im a newbie here, and sorry for my bad english.
I want to build a custo mac, and i´ve been researching information for a few days. Now i´d chosen the build, and i want to share it with the comunity to see if it will work and how good is it. I think i won´t have compatibility issues, but the fact is I didn´t find a thread with the same build. And is this one:

I won´t use DVD reader neither wifi card. And i want to run ML 10.8.2. since I saw here there are official drivers from Nvidia .
I want the machine to edit video (CS6 programs like Premiere, AE, PS,...) and play some games (like Diablo3,etc..). Any recomendation/suggestion/warning?

If you don't mind installing a driver for the graphics card to get it working, every parts are perfect.
