Hi RehabMan!
Is there any possibility to disable pointer moving when finger is touched buttons zone?
I have very sensitive trackpad on my Xiaomi air 13. When I press right button on trackpad for example the pointer may be moved to another point when I release a finger.
Thanks!

Delaying movement until a certain threshold or time is met is a feature I just haven't implemented.
The source is available if you want to implement it yourself.

Right click can be accomplished by tapping with two fingers, just like on a real Mac (must have it enabled in sysprefs).
But those numbers for RightClickZone are the coordinates on the pad for the lower right area of the trackpad.
You can adjust them if you need to.
You can use the debug version to determine relative coordinates of your trackpad.
Customization of all plist values can be done with ACPI.

Once you install the debug version, you will see a bunch of output (in the kernel log) for every touch/move along the pad, along with x/y coordinates. The RightClickZone values define a rectangle in the lower right corner.
 
Sorry, I am very new to this... how do I access the kernel log? I should be fine from there.

Cheers for the help, managed to get the trackpad working. Another question I had was whether my cpu power management was working correctly. I followed the guides and get this when I run 'AppleIntelInfo.kext'. I am unaware of what to look for. Thanks.

I think i have got HD520 working properly with full qe/ci support. How do I confirm that the HD520 is working natively?

I have installed Maverick 10.9.5 via Probook 6.1.13 and chameleon on my HP 6470b, and everything used to work until somedays ago, when I tried to update to high sierra/clover.
it was so ugly in many aspects that I decided to go back to Maverick resuming my previous setup, I had saved cloning the whole disk on an external one.
Not everything worked as expected.
the touchpad did not work any more and whenever put my finger on it, it stucked and I could not use my usb mouse to operate it as well.
Reinstalling the whole voodooPS2 kext did not worked, and I did many different ways to reactivate it.
at the end of the day,mostly by casualty,
I took away voodooPS2trackpad from the package of the whole kext, and it worked again.
If I take away voodooPS2keyboard, the internal keyboard of the probook stops working
If i take away voodooPS2mouse, my external mouse keeps working, but the TOUCHPAD DOES NOT.
Looks as if the trackpad is driven by voodooPS2mouse. Is this correct?
Can you argue why it used to work with the whole kext package until some days ago,and now I have had to eliminate voodooPS2trackpad to get it working?
