Hi,

As the recent post by Tonymac, there's a new driver release for Nvidia graphics card for mac.

it seems like this boot flag has to be added to activate the new driver under Chameleon Bootloader,

Code:
[COLOR=#3E3E3E]<key>Kernel Flags</key>
[/COLOR][COLOR=#3E3E3E]<string>darkwake=0 nvda_drv=1</string>[/COLOR]

So, my question is, does anyone know how to apply that for clover's config.plist file? I tried the same code above for my hackintosh but no luck. think there should be some tweak for clover. please help!

Code:
[FONT=Lucida grande]Revision 1707[/FONT]

[FONT=Lucida grande]Now boot-args from NVRAM (or from nvram.plist) will be taken into account (logical OR).[/FONT]
[FONT=Lucida grande]It is needed to NVidia Driver Manager prefPanel will work.[/FONT]
soo u only need r1707+ installed,and no need for any tweaks.
nvidia prefpane works just like on real mac.

just realized my GTX 660 is not supported. SIGH:cry:

I'm kinda curious to know about NVRAM thing here. so how can I reset nvram on the clover based system? I think the only reason my system keeps highlighting OS X graphic driver even though I've tried to choose Nvidia was probably because I haven't done NVRAM reset.:?:

Thanks in advance!

Do u have installed clover rc scripts?
There its no need to reset NVRAM.
If u cannot set nvidia drivers from prefpane then u loose nvram settings after reboot,soo u need to have rc scripts installed.

Say, did it work? A quadro driver? Which one? trying to get a 650 going I thought it is supposed to work out of the box even on yosemite. My 660 ti did...
