sudo pmset -g
Can I see the output of the command below from your system please just to confirm something...
Code:sudo pmset -g
I have sleep working now after reading the post below, I also moved the Fenvi to it's own USB header (Left) and the Corsair HUB on the right one with the three Corsair devices attached (That alone didn't fix sleep though)...

Sleep with fans activated and LEDs on
Hi, I have an iMac19,2, Big Sur 11.5.2. I followed all the Dortania guide for opencore, I have OPENCORE 0.7.3. Also the steps for the sleep fix. But when it goes to sleep, the fans and LEDs continue to be on. I also noticed, on my return, that it went from off to fans on, always with the monitor...www.tonymacx86.com

Talk nice to her and she just might work out for you!I just noticed, sleep now works (Fully off) but only on and after the second try!
I have tried the ErP settings and still same, will have another go tomorrow.
Would you know if the two USB Hubs that show up are the NXZT adapter you have installed?
