New Hackintosh with existent parts

This is my first post

I have a windows 10 Pc and I would like to make it smaller using a mITX motherboard.
Actually I have this parts:

4790k
Asus Z87-C
8GB*2 Corsair Vengeance @1600 CL10
Gigabyte 970 G1

extra:
840Pro 256GB (Win10)
WD Black 1TB (Documents)
850EVO 500GB (OSX)
Corsair AX760
NZXT Kraken X41


Which motherboard you recommend?

I have 3 options:
ASUS Z97 maximus impact VII
Gigabyte Z97N-WiFi
Gigabyte Z97N Gaming 5

Which of these simplifies the installation of El Capitan?

Best bet is the Z97N-WiFi or the Z97N-Gaming. Not a lot of difference between them - 2nd HDMI vs 1 HDMI+1DP and a serial port header, different NIC and HDEF codec.
