Hello,

I am building a new hackintosh to work from home, so far i have this selected:

- Intel 2600k
- 16Gb Corsair 12800 1600MHZ Vengeance CL8
- Asus DVD-RW
- Antec Truepower 750w
- Apple Magic Mouse (Already owned)
- Apple Wireless Keyboard (Already Owned)
- D-link BT Adapter (Already Owned)
- Snow Leopard (CD Already Owned) & Lion (Bought already from App Store)
- 1x Crucial M4 128GB (OSX OS - Already Owned)
- 2x Samsung F3 1TB (One for Win7 and other for OSX User Files - Already Owned)
- 1x WD 2TB (Backups - Already Owned)

I think this is full compatible right? My question is about Motherboard and VGA. Until now i use a Gigabyte X58-GA-UD3R (2.0) but now i am considering to move to ASUS or MSI. Can you tell me if these will be full compatible please?

Motherboards:

- MSI Z68A-GD80 (G3)
- MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3)
- ASUS P8Z68-V PRO GEN3

VGA:

- MSI 560GTX-Ti Hawk (Dual Monitor)

I only need to confirm if motherboard and vga are compatible to buy the machine.

Can you please give me some feedback?

Thanks a lot.

Go for a Gigabyte or a Asus the MSI one are not so stable, for the mortherboard. For the video card i can't say anything.

Thanks for your reply.

When you say MSI is not stable you mean for hackintosh? When i can find DSDT for the ASUS?

Thanks.

Do Asus DVD-RW work? I'm not sure.
I'd go for a Sony Optiarc DVD-RW.
and I'd go for a Gigabyte mobo.

Yes it work, already use one on my current hackintosh and works.

Can you recommend a good Gigabyte motherboard? Mid/High-end range.

Thanks.
