New Hackintosh freezes at half of the progress bar below the apple Logo

Hey Guys,

I've build me a brand new Computer with components from the buyer's guide. The installation of Yosemite went well, but I can't start the computer without safe mode. If I boot normally the system freezes with a half full progress bar at the grey screen with the Apple logo.

Have you guys an idea, what I've done wrong?

Boot flags are case sensitive, if you get them wrong they have no effect.

GraphicsEnabler=NO is wrong - It should be GraphicsEnabler=No (or GraphicsEnabler=Yes).

please get and install and activate nvidia web driver if you have not already done so, your 740 GT needs it.

The GT 740 is Kepler chipset not a Maxwell chipset graphics card and as such is supported natively in OS X. It's a rebadged 640/650. Thus, it doesn't need the nVidia Web drivers to run correctly.
