But i havn't installed xcode 4 yet. Need an paid account (just have an normal developer account at the moment)

Nope - I haven't got Xcode 4 either and I've been maxing out my internet recently so I'm keeping downloading to a minimum and 4GB of Xcode 4 is a bit much. It's not the cost of $5 but the download size. I might take my laptop somewhere and grab it.
