Which board will be better? I plan to overclock an i7 4770k and will use this board for gaming and video encoding. Other than connectivity and fan headers are there any differences between these boards.

We do not know anything about these boards yet, and we are not even sure if they are fully compatible or not, waiting on MacMan to provide more insight from his test setup.

But when it comes to your use-cases, overclocking and video editing, both should give you identical results, the UD4H only has less features like less ports or whatever, but all the line except the OC and Sniper versions should be identical overclockers, just go with the price and features you want to use, but again we still don't know if any of these are fully compatible, follow MacMan's thread for further info.
