Hello,
I made a new build :
mobo : Gygabyte Z170M-D3H
CPU : 8700k
PSU : Corsair VS650
Case
henom micro ATX
No GPU yet
Everything is new (from amazon). I installed everything (not my first time) and it won't boot.
When i push ON, it goes 1 sec then shutdown, and repeats this. Sometimes 5 sec. (every fan goes on, led also)
I tried reset CMOS, tried changing RAM slots, tried to build everything out the case on a clean non-conductive surface.
I'm desperate, How do i know if its the MOBO or CPU? or else? I have another CPU in my computer, a 6700k should i try with it?
Oh, and when i unplug the 8pin12v CPU power, it goes 5 seconds then OFF and then ON again 5 seconds, loop forever.
Thanks a lot for your help, maybe its something simple a didnt see?
