ivy bridge not compatible to snowleopard------>if ivy 10.6.8 emulation virtual machine

SANDY BRIDGE CPUS

somewhere read multi gpu support selectabel in Lion 10.7.3 --->480GTX in first PCIe slot, 5XX other PCIe

HOW TO DISABLE GPUS after first PCIe slot so 480GTX for use in 10.6.8 (avoid kernel panic )

or to use HD3000 in 10.6.8 (disabling GPUS in PCIe slots)

conclusion HD3000 or 480GTX for 10.6.8
5XX for 10.7.4 + updateable

ANY post for reference

Are Lion builds compatible with 10.6.8?

I didn't understand the post above (probably because I'm French ;-), but the title is close to the question I wanted to ask:

If I follow one of the user/golden guides who had success with installing Lion, but install Snow Leopard instead, are there chances that it works ok or can I be stuck without any chance of success?
(I MUST stay on 10.6 for software compatibility issues)

Thanks a lot for any answer! (I suppose most of you guys running Lion have ran Snow Leopard before, on the same or another build and can tell the difference, was it harder or easier?) :)
