OS 10.13.6 on Asrock Z370M-ITX/ac board

The following issues still bother me:
    a. Only one ETH port is active, the lower one, with AppleIGB.kext for my understanding, both ports should work fine.
    b. network is very unstable, can disconnect and only reconnect after reboot, it comes and goes without warning.
    c. after sleep/hibernation there's no network at all until reboot.

Your motherboard has two different Intel LAN ports, Intel I211AT and I219V.
The AppleIGB.kext is used for your Intel I211 LAN port, but can cause kernel panics.

Suggest to remove AppleIGB.kext and use:
    - IntelMausiEthernet.kext for the Intel I219V port
    - SmallTree-Intel-211-AT-PCIe-GBE.kext for the Intel I211AT port

IntelMausiEthernet.kext doesn't work, it doesn't show the device.
SmallTree-Intel-211-AT-PCIe-GBE.kext Does work better with the I211AT as suggested.

Make sure you don't have any other Intel LAN kexts (AppleIGB.kext and/or AppleIntelE1000e.kext)
    in /Library/Extensions, /System/Library/Extensions, /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.13 or /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other

No luck, I checked, rechecked and triple checked. Sometimes even the SmallTree-Intel-211-AT-PCIe-GBE.kext won't work (like, right now) and I have to revert back to AppleIGB.kext)

Just did a full clean install, and nothing.
