Netflix Error in Safari

I had this same problem with 10.13, however, I also could not authenticate into the App store to download updates. This was a networking problem, I followed the instructions for getting iMessage to work, which requires deleting a couple plists and rebooting. After that, iMessage, the app store, and Netflix worked.
