2020 has been a busy year with much time to catch up on projects. We have been lucky and our circle of friends and family have avoided being directly impacted by Covid19.

This last year I have grown unhappy with the Clover releases and very unhappy with Open Core. I use both but think that both are greatly lacking in ease of use. I am always amazed at how well Windows 10 installs on everything and macOS does not.

Well a new year is almost on us and there is "M1" to watch and investigate.

I have narrowed the hackintosh systems that I maintain (with current macOS) down to 15. My Comet Lake system is giving me fits with random spontaneous reboots which was preceded by random freezes. I may tag it as a no-op and put it on the shelf.

Well and then we have Big Sur to play with.

I have just updated post # 1 in this chain of posts. I have redirected most of my energy to an old BMW K75 motorcycle trying to get it road worthy.

However I still check in here at Tonymacx86.com frequently. I have about 20 hacks and decided that it is enough even though I still get hooked by unique products such as this ZS case.

I also have a MBA M1 laptop that now is my take with laptop.
