I don't know much about computer building, but hackintosh really catch my attention and I'm really interested into building a machine.

In this price range, I'm know that i'm not gonna get incredible performance but I want a least being able to do some light gaming, editing with Final cut pro(small project) and music production with Logic(I'm not Hans Zimmer).

I did some little research and that's what I would get:

Motherboard: Z370 HD3 (something better in this price range?)
Processor: i3 8100 (Always present in low budget build that I saw)
Ram: Crucial 8Gb or 16Gb???
Storage: 860 Evo 500go ssd(recommand on the website) or PNY CS1311 240Go ssd(less but cheaper)
Graphic card: Gigabyte RX 560(alright for light gaming?)
WIFI: Archer T9E(any cheaper alternative?)
PSUs: Corsair CS 550 or EVGA 100-b1-0450-k1
Case: I need some help !!!

Like I said earlier, this is my first build so I don't know what case could work and if all the component are compatible.
Thanks in advance for all the advice and I wish that my project gonna work.

Since you're wanting to use FCP and Logic I highly recommend upgrading that CPU to at least the i5-8400 if you can afford it.

I also think you should get at least Core i5, if not i7.
I have a fresh new computer that runs i3. It is really a headache computer.
We all know that new software is requiring more and more memory and processor.
For example, Win 10 is heavier than Win 7, and Win 7 is bigger than XP

8th gen i3 now provides a performance of 7th gen i5
