i have solve a bit of the issue but now i am stuck again.it does not move from there.

Your image shows an active Serial port (SuperIO) which should be disabled in your BIOS settings.

Please add details of your hardware to your profile as per rules :

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you

Ok i got a new motherboard and i did get it installed BUT NOT loaded to the desktop. I will include photos and the new
config.plist it got stuck even after it is all loaded
