Need help with updating clover pls. version r5120. Screenshots included.

Hello mods, I been trying to update my system for 5days now. It is so frustrating. I also tried to use clover 5122 and 5120 to no avail. Im always stuck in the Gigabyte loading screen after updating clover, kext and macos. I am confident that I update kext the right way but I am not sure with my clover.

I have attached images of my EFI and can you please help me on what to select with my clover? i do apologize for too much images

if I check clover for EUFI booting only this are the choices pls let me know what to select and what not to select.
