Need Help With My Hackintosh Graphics

I bought a Vega 64 LC today and when I installed the card
I got these weird squares on both of my monitors

as far as I came tell it's not the GPU because it's happening on my old rx 560 too

I have so fare used my new and old efi but still no changes

If anybody has the same or a similar experience then plz let me know and how to fix it

That is bizarre. Both of those cards should just work with whatevergreen. It almost seems like some sort of hardware problem. Are you dual booting windows by any chance? Does it happen in windows? Could you share your EFI folder?
