Need help with Mountain Lion and XFX Radeon HD 5450!

Hello, i need help with my graphics card. it works through HDMI but only shows as a 3mb card in the mac info, im not sure what kexts i need for full support of this card. any help would be much appreciated!

Update: i added my device id to AMD Accelerated graphics kext i beleive? i forgot the full name im on my other PC atm. still a no go, anyone have any ideas?
