need help with booting

so im making a dell optiplex 7010 hackintosh, and i configure the bios, and make the usb boot drive, and its not showing up in bios. does anyone know what i can do??

The i5-3570 doesn't have HD4000 graphics. Only the K version of that CPU does. You'll have to either get a supported GPU or swap out the CPU for one with HD4000.
