Some comments about your configuration:
  • You have installed Lilu, but not WhateverGreen. As long as your system is working fine, then it's okay.
  • Your iGPU is operating in non-headless mode. This means it can drive a display monitor.
  • Your graphics device-id = 0x3E98 (good), but there's no ig-platform-id. Again, if your system is running fine then it's okay.
  • You are using Clover to manage the two graphics cards (IGPU and RX 580) by enabling both Inject Intel and Inject ATI.
  • Have you enabled RadeonDeInit?
  • I'm surprised you can run Final Cut Pro with iGPU in non-headless mode! Maybe it works with Clover (Inject Intel) but not with WhateverGreen...
VideoProc shows the IGPU instead of RX 580 because of the alphabetical order of the device name. Some A/V applications prioritize GPU based on alphabetical order of the name. So:
  • Intel UHD 630 comes first
  • Radeon RX 580 comes second
It is possible to rename the cards in order to reverse the alphabetical order.

1-WhateverGreen is installed
2- what is headless mode?
3- idk what is RadeonDeInit??
4- no need to chnage the names

how to set encoding for CPU?
and decoding only for GPU?
becuase slow preview but fast exporting

i feel there is something wrong
when i just chose inject ATI pic#1 VideoProc shows
ntel HD Graphics CFL CRB
FCPX will not open

when i just chose inject Intel + ATI pic#2 VideoProc shows
Intel UHD 630 Graphics
FCP work perfectly with some slow preview and fast exporting

before enabling intel quick sync the preview was really smooth

ok

Please make a backup of your existing, working EFI folder and try this one.

Also, get rid of NullCPUPowerManagement.kext in your /Library/Extensions/ folder.

thank you so much you just solved my issue
i didn't use the attached EFI file

when you asked me for
  • Screenshot of /Library/Extensions folder.
i notice the WhateverGreen.kext not available in the path

then i just open kext utility then drag WhateverGreen.kext into it
i was using WhateverGreen.kext in the EFI partition(This was my wrong action)
also i remove intel inject only ATI

this is magic for me

now preview very fast also render no issues

also VideoProc shows my AMD Graphics card

now i am ready to post new thread with full review and setup

Your EFI had other issues... Your IGPU is configured incorrectly... NoVPAJpeg.kext disables hardware encoding.
