I tried to load different boot loaders (Different versions of Clover) but still no joy. I also used different USB sticks but got no joy from that either.. It seems to be an issue not many people have faced before and I've had two people look at my PC and try giving it a go though they end up failing as I do....

When plugging the usb into the PC, I power on tap F8 into Boot options then hit UEFI Usb and then when it loads into Clover my NTFS hard drives show up but not the Mac OS Installer. My clover has the apfs.efi file in there too so it should be reading that.

Tried using Legacy mode too with a Legacy boot loader, changed all Bios to legacy but nothing either.

Any thoughts?

Until OP clarifies the real problem , it is hard to say what is really going on. Till then the cause of the problem will remain a mystery.:)
I don't know who OP is lol

Wasn't OP a character on the Andy Griffith show ? ;)

I have the exact same problem as you, my friend. No luck yet, unfortunately...

You know who Ron Howard is right ? The kid with the red hair. His character was Opie. Just a joke I couldn't resist. You can find the shows on Youtube. Great series.

Do you have HFSPlus.efi in your /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/?

Have you tried a different USB flash drive?

Yep, I have HFSPlus.efi in the said dir, didn't try diffrent drive but tried different ports with no result. Attached images show how my clover looks when I boot from my USB, and what happens when I boot in one of those (stuck at black screen with cursor, no way to go and need to restart).

I don't have any experience with Legacy installations... Why are you not using UEFI? You have B250 chipset which should not have any issues with UEFI.
