Need help Kernel Panic

Hello Everyone,

I need some serious help. I am going to get straight to the point.

My PC build:

MSI X99 SLI Plus Motherboard
Intel 5820k
GTX 970
16 Gb DDR4 Corsair (8x2)

Using Unibeast Method (Tried Clover didn't work for me)

I am getting a kernel panic and I am stuck at installing Yosemite.
It freezes before Mac OS X installer is initiated.

I followed these guides:

Disabled the following in Bios:
Vt-D=disabled
CFG=disabled
XHCI=disabled
Bios Lan=disabled

THE FLAGS I used are (Still didn't work):
1) npci=0x2000 nv_disable=1 -f -x -v
2) npci=0x2000 cpus=1 nv_disable=1 -f -x -v
npci=0x2000 cpus=1 nv_disable=1 UseKernelCache=No -f -x -v
3) npci=0x2000 nv_disable=1 cpus=1 GraphicsEnabler=Yes -f -x -v

YES I patched using the Stinga11 Method onto Unibeast USB

I also Included a screen shot of where the system hangs below.




Please help me. If my machine works. I am willing to post an in depth guide of everything step by step, so others may benefit from collaboration among the hackintosh community.

Please everyone, I have a mac mini and love the OS. Why can't Apple just release a Universal Mac OS X installer and sell it for 1000 dollars. I would still buy it!!!!!!

In my MSI Board [it is Z77A-G45 ] I had to enable HPET in the BIOS to avoid KP. Have you Enabled HPET in this BIOS Setup? You have only mentioned about the disabled options.

One other thought. Has this Motherboard got an Integrated Graphics Card? If you use the boot flag nv_disable=1 and does not Initiate Graphic Adapter with IGD option in the BIOS, won't that cause the problem to boot? I hope someone else more familiar with your Hardware profile will comment on this too.
