1) I've created an USB installer with terminal command
2) I've created an opencore EFI with HackinDROM app
3) I've copied EFI to USB EFI
4) Restart with USB

When installation progress bar went to the half, the progress bar was reset (it starts from the beginning again) and after a few seconds this animation is shown:

(mouse and keyboard not working)

what does the animation mean? what is happening? I really appreciate the help. Thank you.

I think you'll get more help by posting this in Z390 Designare thread

macOS installer can not find your mouse/trackpad keyboard

Are you using BT mouse/keyboard ?
If no, have you tried plug them to different USB port ?

That means the machine cannot find your mouse. If at all possible use a wired mouse until the setup is complete and as @Inqnuam suggested if you are using a wired mouse, try a different USB Port.

Changing USB port worked! I have another issues now, but I'll try to ask in the z390 Designare thread, as you recommend.

Thank you.
