Need help getting amd radeon hd 7700 working

I have a working high sierra hackintosh with intel hd 4000 but i wanted to install my vertex 3d amd radeon hd 7770. I tried installing whatever green but it didn't work.

Try:
Clover rev. 4296 or higher.
Config.plist - Do not inject ATI
Edit Config.plist - RadeonDeInit = true

I tried this but i'm still booting into blackscreen.
