Motherboard
Gigabyte Z370P D3
CPU
Core i3-8100
Graphics
Sapphire RX 580 Pulse 8GB
I'm trying to follow the CustoMac Budget ATX build, but I have changed the RAM and PSU because there are cheaper alternatives at my local Fry's. I will be using this computer for iOS development, so I'll have to eventually update to Mojave for Xcode. I know that I should get an AMD card for Mojave, but I'm not sure what kind of graphics card I need that would be compatible with my current list of parts. Would I be able to use the Sapphire RX 580 Pulse 8GB with my current parts?

Parts:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370P D3
RAM: DDR4 16GB 2133MHz Dual P (2X8GB Modules) Viper CL14 Heatspreader Elite
Drive: 250GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD
PSU: Corsair TX650M 650W ATX
Network Adapter: TP-Link Archer T9E 802.11AC AC1900
CPU: Core i3-8100
Graphics Card: Sapphire RX 580 Pulse 8GB

Your system should be compatible with MacOS High Sierra and Mojave.
