If you add AirportBrcmFixup.kext to your bootloader's Kext folder and then add the brcmfx-country=XX boot argument to your config.plist you should be able to fix the country code issue.

XX should be replaced with the two-digit code for your country - GB, US, FR, DE, IT, CN etc.

This may fix the Airdrop channel changing after a reboot.
