need help / advise

Hello,
I am new to the world of hackintosh. I barely started reading last night and finally got the courage to execute my first one. I used this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0qf9j68lVQ for my installation. I used boot args nv_disable=1 only. I finished installing el capitan.
Issues found:
1. Drives not working (network drive, sound card, etc)
2. Does not boot without USB installer

Again, here are my specs:
i7 4790k
Asus z97 Extreme4
Gigabyte G1 GTX 970
if need more info please let me know. If anybody knows how to install osx into VMware also I can live with that. any guides from youtube does not work currently on my system i dont know why. thanks in advance

We don't support installs of OS X into a VM. That violates site rules. Follow just the El Capitan
guide on this site and avoid the Youtube video approach.

For Multibeast choices specific to your hardware follow an Asrock Extreme 4 user build from here:

Find one that is as close to your hardware as possible. Then everything should work normally.
