Need confirmation on Wireless Network Utility.app crashing

I am using a USB Wifi and the kext "All-in-one kext for Realtek Wireless USB adapters [El Capitan ready] 1827.4.05142015 / 2.3.11" for connecting to the internet, because of my AR-9485 is not supported and my mainboard even on whitelist, so I can not replace the wireless card.

The problem is Wireless Network Utility.app get crashes on El Capital, so I have to rollback to Yosemite 10.10.5.

Can you guys confirm that Wireless Network Utility.app is not crashed on Sierra ??

USB network is not recommended.
If your motherboard is whitelisted, you can swap out the wifi chip
