Im wanting to build my first hackintosh and I've done some research but I wanted to run my selections by some more knowledgeable folks. Can anybody tell me if this will work or if there are any problems with this build?

Good build, although personally I would just use an air cooler instead of the liquid cooler since the 3770 CPU cannot overclock. But if you insist on using it then it is fine. And a 750W power supply is not necessary for your build. I would say a 500W power supply should be more than enough (unless you plan to get a more powerful graphics card in the future?).

Whats the first i7 that can be over clocked? Is there a list here somewhere?

Looks like the 3770k is unlocked for over clocking is that right?

Yes, the 3770K has an unlocked multiplier so can be overclocked just by changing the CPU multiplier in the BIOS.

If you wish to have the ability to overclock you should choose the K processors, of which there are only two at present, the Core i5 3570K and the Core i7 3770K.
