It the Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7
I want to build a CustomMac Pro it will be my first HAKINTOSH experience

For your first hackintosh experience, I suggest sticking with a motherboard that's in the Buyer's Guide. The particular motherboard you mentioned isn't on the Buyer's Guide because it has a Creative audio chip which is not supported.
