Native Detection?

Just wondering if there's a way to tell if something like the Intel onboard Ethernet controllers can be detected natively. I'm not sure whether I should install the driver in MultiBeast or not. I figure System Profiler > Ethernet Cards and then if it says that it detects the Intel Ethernet Cards I should be okay to not use the MultiBeast install driver for them. I'm just checking to be sure. I'm not even sure if that's the correct way to check whether they're detected or not.

Try DPCIManager. If you have antivirus software installed, it may give you a warning "Malware detected" - this is a false positive.
