My USB3 external SSD is detected as USB 2

Can anyone help me with this please? My USB3 external hard drive is detected as USB 2. The enclosure is this one. http://www.orico.cc/goods.php?id=6352

The external SSD works fine on actual real Mac but not my X99 OSX 10.13.4

Other usb 3 works fine though, flash drive, card readers all work but not this enclosure.

I also had a problem with SSD in an enclosure (this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/JEY...scalable-interfaces-ASM1153E/32803895217.html). The controller is VLI 716.

@LeeQ, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard, CPU and iGPU or Graphics Card.
If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard (Mobo).
