My system won't reboot without having to unplug the external USB-drive

Hey, I got a Asus Maximus VIII Hero Skylake 6700k build.

Everything works amazing except for one thing.

I can't reboot when the external usb is plugged in, everytime I do the screen gets black and i have to turn off the computer manually by holding down the power button.

Any clues what can be done?

Did you use Multibeast to install Clover on your new install HD? You need that to boot from your HD.

Everything boots, that's not the problem. It's just that i can't reboot with the extern drive in, need to power it off manually.
