My system is freezing up, help me!

Hi all!

I used Hackintosh MacOs Sierra Version 10.12.6
Processor 2.71 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 32Gb 2133 Mhz DDR4
Graphic card GeForce GRX 660 2047mb

I follow step by step on your website and build this computer. For the first 3 months everything good, sometimes freeze, but now always freeze. Please help me.

1. Upgrade to new version of MacOs?
2. Fix the error?

And the last thing, I can't record sound, so bad for me...
