If you are going to go with an ivy bridge CPU, you might as well go with and ivy bridge board rather than that sandy bridge you have listed. Not much difference price-wise between the two and ivy-to-ivy or sandy-to-sandy will work better.

I keep saying this, but nobody seems to believe me...

Note that the 3570K will not be overclockable on this motherboard unless you upgrade to the beta UEFI BIOS available from the Gigabyte website.

I concur with others that if you are going to use the 3570K, then it is better for you to get a supported Z77 motherboard like the GA-Z77-DS3H or the GA-Z77X-UD5H.

Fine to use one of the z77 board but how do u find a dsdt for it as there isnt one in the database
Sorry this will be my first Hackintosh

what about the
[h=1]GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard[/h]

the native dsdt on gigabyte 7series boards using uefi doesnt need a modified dsdt for most things, unlike the older gigabyte award bios boards did.
so you can use it without a modified dsdt without issue.

Thanks
and is the motherboard i listed ok
the [h=1]GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H[/h]

Z77X-UD3H is a very bad choice as the Audio Chipset isn't working.

Z77-DS3H will work better, but you won't have 5.1 sound.
Z77X-UD5H won't have 5.1 either.
Z77X-UP5 TH will have everything working, but it's way more expensive.
