My just bought hackintosh configuration

Hi have just bought this configuration with the buyer's guide. I would like to know if everything will work ok and out of the box

For the installation, I should just use normal unibeast guide, no fixes, shouldn't I?

I would remove the wifi from the board as I beleive that it is not compatible. Follow the standard guide and remember that the troubleshooting and optimizations section has some helpful links for additional info.

Yes, I have readed before that WIFI/BT built in are not compatible. Here is the information about the PCI Express card (other cables are connected to the back part of the M-ITX.

Do you think that I would be able to buy one of these intel PCI-E compatible with my system?

There are certainly replacement wifi modules available that are macOS compaible. I don't use wifi so check the network forum for options and post if you require additional assistance with some of the best options:

I have a question about the Point 2.13 on Installing Sierra on my Hackintosh and on the 7.7

13. At Bootloader Options screen choose UEFI Boot Mode or Legacy Boot Mode. UEFI Boot Mode is recommended for 7/8/9/100 Series CustoMac desktops and all UEFI capable systems. Legacy Boot Mode is recommended for 5/6 Series CustoMac desktops and all BIOS based systems.

Which series is mine, which I should use?
Motherboard: ASRock H170M-ITX
CPU: Intel Core i5 - 6500
RAM: 2x8 DDR4 Crucial
SSD: Samsung EVO 500
Alimentation: Corsair Series VS650

ASRockH170M-ITX is 100 series and should be set up for UEFI Boot mode.
