my first build

I'm about to do my first Hackintosh build, though I'm a newbie I have had friends all do this so am surrounded by good help but I am trying to collate as much advice as possible. My budget is 850 pounds and for what I need, Ideally I want a Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2 Processor and 32 gig RAM. How can I best utilize this into my budget? This machine will be used only for music production.

This is what I am looking at purchasing so far... Bear in mind that my budget is running low now. Are there better configuartions? I'd like to add wifi to this set up too as it won't be close router.

Looks good. If your trying to stay in budget then you can go a bit lower on the power supply. I see that you don't have a GPU. Then you may be able to go to 500W power supply. Power supplies are pretty universal. Just don't get Refurbished. Could save a few bucks. Also liquid cooling is not a must. The Hydro is a good price but you can get a CoolerMaster 212 EVO. That can save you another few bucks. Do you plan to overclock?

Are you sure that Z370 motherboard will work with that processor? I could be wrong but as I understand it those chipsets are intended for 8th gen Intel processors and are not backward compatible with 7th gen. Maybe a 270 chipset motherboard would make more sense.

The motherboard and the CPU are not compatible. You need a Coffee Lake CPU (e.g. i7 8700 / i7 8700K).
