No, your Pentium CPU is not supported on MacOS.

And your graphics card is too old to work on recent versions of MacOS like Mojave and Catalina, which requires Metal (Apple's graphics framework) support.

If you want to work with XCode then I suppose you will need a recent version of MacOS, so the best course for you will be to get a more recent system (not necessarily new).
