I have a Dell XPS 240 Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 - 4GB DDR2
MSI Nvidia GeForce GT 610 graphics card
and SanDisk SSD
 
No, you need a processor with SSE4.1 support - Wikipedia
 
You can try something like OS X El Capitan (10.11) or older.
macOS Sierra (10.12) and High Sierra (10.13) support only CPUs with SSE4 instructions.

Your GT 610 will need Nvidia Injection to work properly. Yosemite or El Capitan are your best bets. Of course, you need to make a Unibeast installer for legacy booting too. Would be a good idea to upgrade the ram to 8GB if possible.
