Comment
Currently, there are no issues reported regarding this system. Thunderbolt 3 (downwards compatible) is working perfectly with Apollo interfaces of the first (Apollo Twin silver, TB2), second (Apollo Twin black, TB2) and third generation (Apollo x16, TB3). iCloud, audio, etc., is working just fine. It is worth mentioning that this system configuration requires a separate Windows 10 installation to be able to install and get Thunderbolt working on macOS. Before I power on my Hackintosh, I already turned on my Apollo interfaces so I avoid any Thunderbolt issues.

Clover Update v2.4 to v2.5
Since 2018, I did not update Clover because my first attempts doing that failed and caused Kernel panics. I finally found time to do it the more focused way by following the well written and easy-to-follow guide by @Anachronaut:
How to Update Clover v2.4k to v2.5k
With the latest Clover version (currently r5119) my build is booting significantly faster and increased slightly in performance in general.
GPU Change - Radeon RX 580
I finally removed my outdated GTX 760 2GB and bought a Sapphire Radeon RX 580 8GB. Respecting my initial build (see first spoiler above) I needed to make following changes:

GPU Change - Radeon RX 580
I finally removed my outdated GTX 760 2GB and bought a Sapphire Radeon RX 580 8GB. Respecting my initial build (see first spoiler above) I needed to make following changes:
- Uninstall all remaining Nvidia related leftovers
- Nvidia Web Driver (in system preferences, if installed)
- Delete kexts "IntelGraphicsFixup" and "NvidiaGraphicsFixup" (if still installed)
- Install latest "Lilu" and "Whatevergreen" kext
- Clover config
- Graphics > uncheck "InjectNvidia"
- System Parameters > uncheck "NvidiaWeb"
- Change Hardware
- No BIOS changes were needed (see "Initial Build" spoiler and the described BIOS settings)
- Restart (worked directly in Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 and latest Win 10)
