Music Production Recommendations

Hello. I am looking to build a Custom system that is capable of carrying out processes like music production using software such as Protools. I also want to be able to still perform basic operations such as web browsing and etc. When it comes to computers, I'm unfamiliar with most of the jargon so I was wondering what parts should I buy to build this sort of machine. Which parts will serve me best with my music. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
