Multiple config.plist files in EFI partition

In various clover guides it says edit the config.plist file, but in my EFI partition I have 3, at the following locations:

EFI > EFI > CLOVER > OEM > SystemProductName > config.plist

EFI > EFI > CLOVER > OEM > SystemProductName > UEFI > config.plist

EFI > EFI > CLOVER > Config.plist

Which do I edit?

If you were to open them in a plist editor or Xcode or something, you would see that they are different. As far as how/where they're used. You would need to find a more Clover expert than me. Maybe the Clover Wiki says...

none of those, mount your efi partition first then open the one on your EFI partition
