@Going Bald thanks... I had seen it and didn't like it... but I have solved now
I found via Google that simply adding NTFS.efi to Drivers folder in Clover means it picks up the XP install correctly and after some messing with Clover config I now have
Linux Mint XFCE with custom entry so it just says MINT XFCE
Windows 10 with custom entry so it says WINDOWS 10 LTSC
MacOS Catalina showing as that
Windows XP shows as "Boot Windows from Windows XP" as it reads the NTFS formatted disk where XP sits alone. Rest of that disk is gonna be storage for sharing.

Not sure I dare now mess with Clover themes
