MultiBeast fails

I have updated the system to 10.9.4 and now trying to install drivers with new MultiBeast 6.4 . so far its failing and giving error massages like these.

yes i did Repair Permissions, even earlier multibeast version also not working now.

Later edit:
Restarted, installed drivers one at a time, worked.

Yep, same here. FakeSMC installation fails.

Restarted, installed drivers one at a time, worked.

didnt work for me , Im still having issues with onbord audio

I uninstalled "boom", then started with fakeSMC, then "use kernel cache" if I remember well.
After that the audio installed properly.

I am still having some issues with the apple keyboard after updating USB3 enabler. Sometimes the system won't start with the keyboard plugged in.
