multibeast doesn't apply settings

hello. because of some recent problems i had with my old sierra installation i decided to do a re-installation from scratch. the installation process finished and i ran multibeast. the problem is that none of the settings i choose in multibeast are applied. that means that clover doesn't install on my ssd so i have to boot from usb installation disk, network/audio don't work etc. any help?

ok. i have macos 10.12.6, filesystem is the default macos extended journaled(hfs). i attach the 2 log files.
