Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP5 TH
Problem: The SSD that Clover/Sierra were installed to won't boot, must boot from the USB Installer
Problem Cause: The /EFI/BOOT and /EFI/CLOVER folders were not copied over from disk1 to the EFI partition (disk0s1), repeated MultiBeast installs failed to resolve the problem
Problem Solution: Run EFI Mounter then manually copy the files located in /EFI from the boot SSD to the EFI boot partition

These are the final lines that I see in install.log from the Clover install. It looks like it created the files in / then declared it was finished:

A Final issue to note: When I try to install Realtek ALC898 it fails. I also did not select the HD 4600 HDMI driver above, maybe that's related to the ALC898 install issue.
